The power of story telling is as old as man. For generations we have used story telling a way to convey a message to those that will listen and on the occasion someone's story impacts us in a really profound way. That was my experience when I discovered Emma's Instagram one evening as I scrolled through #CPTSD.
Emma writes about self love, recovery from family dysfunction, trauma, and toxic relationships. Her story is incredibly powerful and a reminder that trauma does not segregate by race, affluence, location, or gender.
Listen as Emma talk about her journey of understanding inner-generational trauma and how through using her words and seeking support she is taking the first steps to becoming Unbroken.
