Everyday people email me and tell me how lucky I am to live in Bali. I'm not lucky. I have worked my ass off to be here but it all started with a belief that I could! So many people in the world feel like they can't have the life that they want and that their dreams are not valid. The lack of faith in the abilities that we have is the biggest lie that we tell ourselves!
When I was young I said I wanted to travel the world. I have.
I wanted to write a book. I did.
I wanted to live a happy, healthy, and sustainable life. I do.
I want to create change at a global level around healing trauma. I am.
I want to create a life that I am proud of. I am.
I want to be a person that is remembered for show that it doesn't matter where we come from that we can have anything that we want. I will.
The concepts that I live my life by and the principles that I created as a part of Think Unbroken started in my adoption of daily habits. For years I would wake up hungover, grab a joint or pipe and get high, then start my day by pounding coffee. Today I start my day with gratitude, routine, and intention. That is the difference between being where I was and being where I am.
I also believe in the power of mindset and how if you believe in the ability that you hold within that you can have everything you are willing to work for. I had to come to a reckoning and choose to change my life. The choice to change created the foundation of Think Unbroken.
