Gratitude is this really beautiful internal experience that when shared with other people can change your life forever.

What's up, Unbroken Nation! Hope that you're doing wherever you are in the world today. I wanna take a second here and say thank you; to you the Unbroken Nation for listening it means the world to me. And I want to just lay out for a couple of moments the tremendous amount of gratitude that I have for you because I'm gonna tell you right now heading into four years of this show and especially in the beginning it being a bit wonky, it was rough and I have so much thankfulness for you. I have so much appreciation for you.

You know, the word gratitude means the state or quality of being greatful or thankful. And I'm so grateful and thankful to all of you, for listening, for supporting, for helping Think Unbroken grow, and to be honest with you we're just starting. My mission is to have the number one personal development and mental health podcast on planet earth like that is the goal because I know and I believe not only in myself but in the guests who come on this show and you. You may not know this but behind the scenes, I tell no to a tremendous amount of people who wanna come and be on this show, every single person here is picked, every single person that you guys hear from that you learn from is handpicked. And I do that for a reason because I wanna make sure that we're bringing people onto this platform in this stage who are amazing at truth and stepping into them self’s and ultimately are the heroes of their own story. You know that feels like the one thing that has held the most true about everyone I've had on here, you look at these people who have come from pain or suffering or whatever it may be and the choices and decisions that they've made to change their life. And so also have about a huge amount of gratitude for all the incredible guests. I mean, I sat down the other day and I thought about this and I was like wow, I've had Tom Bilyeu; Tim story, Anna Lembke, Kelly Gores, Dave Hollis, John Lee Dumas, Travis Chapel, Jordan Harbinger, I mean the list goes on of these incredible human beings and I don't mean to leave anyone out I mean we've done almost three hundred episodes, I apologize but you know it's unreal, unreal to me some of the people that we've had the privilege to learn from on this show. And we're just getting started. I put together this list called the dream one hundred and I have these amazing, amazing guests that I'm reaching out to just push it, just trying to get them on. Some of the people who've have been on this show have told me no, a lot. Let me just first off say that but it's you know I wanna reiterate don't let people tell you know on your dreams. You go chase it. You go find it. You go build it in anyway.

One of my biggest dreams right now is to make Think Unbroken the number one Mental Health Podcast on planet earth. People are gonna tell me no, they're gonna tell me no a lot but we're gonna keep going. And I'm grateful to each and every one of you for listening to this show because the truth of abound is I think about my mission as a human being to end generational trauma in my lifetime through education and information and I cannot do that without you.

Recently, I was looking at some of the analytics on the show. I wanna share a little bit of insider information with you. We have now eclipsed the TOP 40 in eight different countries, the highest and I think this is fascinating, I have to figure out exactly how this happened. But at one point where the number eight show in Ireland we've been the number 42 show in America. And I think we're the number thirty sixth show in Canada like unbelievable, unbelievable and that comes from you guys for listening, from sharing, from reviewing, from telling your friends, from like coming here every single day, I mean you know, I remember now we're heading into halfway through April, I told my team I was like, we're doing a show every single day; every day and they have executed. Like the Think Unbroken team incredible. I'm telling you right now, I could not do this without them. You may not know this but on average it takes nine hours of production time to create an episode of this show. Sometimes it's a little less, sometimes it's like six or seven but you know between the content and the blogs and the editing and the video clips and the whole nine takes a long time and so I'm so blessed to have such an incredible team.

And so, this whole episode really just about gratitude and also gratitude to my coaches and the people have helped me. This show would not be what it was and is without John Lee Dumas, so, I don't know if you guys know Entrepreneur On Fire or not but please go check out his podcast. I hire John to coach me a year ago and it was singular one of the best decisions I've ever made in terms of this show, obviously shout out to tom Bilyeu, I'm always shouting out Tom and tony and Grant, I love those guys tremendously but some special love for John, I love that guy and Kate his fiancé soon to be wife. They're amazing people and as we go as we continue to build this show I'm always thinking about you guys the Unbroken Nation first and foremost in the content that we're creating and the information we're putting out, you know whether it's writing the books or the app if you go to, search thinkunbroken in the app stores there's an app there for you guys. There's so much and we're building so much more because I'm serious about this mission and there's so much information to be had here, so much more to grow, so much more to learn and anytime I get the opportunity to. And I love when I occasionally bump into one of you guys and in real life it's such an amazing experience so, I just wanted to say thank you.

We are not stopping, we're not slowing down, we're doing three hundred and sixty-five episodes this year, we're going to show up, we're gonna to execute, we're going to have the number one podcast in the world in the mental health space, we're gonna have amazing guest, we’re gonna knock off this dream one hundred, we're gonna end generational trauma that's happening guys and I could not do it without you. I'm telling you right now, I just could not it would be impossible.

And so, I just, I appreciate you. I love you. Thank you for showing up.

And Until Next Time.

My friends, Be Unbroken.

I'll see you.
