Jess is a caregiver at heart and a Wellness Coach that has coached clients in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. She loves moving her body and being active she has competed in powerlifting and golf.

Her hobbies include personal development, reading , hiking, and the outdoors.

Her biggest passion is Motivating the people she loves to live and breathe into the healthiest and happiest lifestyle possible.
