Author/Speaker Relationship coach

Jimmie Stephens has come a long way from his days as a wayward teen without a sense of purpose or direction. Today, he is a pioneering spiritual leader, entrepreneur, and sought-after motivational speaker and life coach, but it took some time for Jimmie to remove obstacles and find his way on his own path before he was ready to lead the way for others.
From his humble beginnings barely scraping through high school in Detroit with a 1.45 GPA, Jimmie enlisted in the military and was deployed to serve in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He worked in aviation fuels for the U.S. Navy, where he was honored with three letters of commendation. Serving through two tours of duty exposed Jimmie to some transformative near-death encounters that awakened within him the realization that his time was not his own.

After transitioning back to civilian life, Jimmie was ready to make some major adjustments on his personal journey and start finding his True North. Jimmie realized his purpose was not about him but others. He served as youth pastor in San Diego for 26 years ministering to students.
During that time, he founded successful businesses in the party rental industry as well as in real estate investment. Harnessing the self-starter within to grow his ventures scratched an itch to be an entrepreneur, but Jimmie increasingly felt a calling to make a bigger impact on his world. So he moved to Georgia and founded The Light International Church and Do Good Stuff an organization designed to sever students in Atlanta GA.

Today, Jimmie is a sought out author, speaker, relationship coach and founder of The School of Marriage and Relationship through Atlanta, Georgia-based business (The school of Marriage and Relationship). Jimmie continues to serve as a senior pastor at The Light International Church. Jimmie shares his message on value principles for a life of growth in leadership as well as personal relationships in churches, schools and organizations
