Reema Zaman is an author and screenwriter. Her books include her highly acclaimed memoir I Am Yours (Amberjack, 2019) and the forthcoming novel, Paramita: A Dystopian Matriarchy. Her essays have been published in Vogue, The Guardian, Salon, and other notable outlets. She is best known for her interview with Cheryl Strayed on the Dear Sugars podcast and her TEDxTalk, “the power of your no and the authority of your yes.” Born in Bangladesh and raised in Thailand, she lives in Portland with her rescue chihuahua, Fia the Fierce.
