Hey, what's up Unbroken Nation? I just wanted to share some thoughts that I have with you guys about taking time to recalibrate, to pause, and to reorganize yourself. So if you saw on social, I announced about eight day, no 10 days ago now, that I would be taking a bit of a hiatus just from social and from creating content recording podcasts, but I felt a little bit inspired today.
And so, while this is a new episode, I'm gonna keep it short and I just want to remind you of something massively important that we don't take in enough consideration daily. And it's that guys, it is okay to take some time off. It's okay to take a break. Like I can promise you the same problems, the same bullshit, the same stuff you've been trying to organize and figure out that stuff is still gonna be there on the backside of you resting. And the greatest opportunity that you have for growth actually comes in the rest. You often hear me say, the piece comes in the pause.
And as I'm like framing what's to come in the next half of Think Unbroken and what we're doing for the rest of the year. I'm just having ideas flood in. I'm having these amazing moments, connections with friends and people I care about and love and there's just so much power that comes and just taking a little bit of a step back. And so, if you are feeling the pressure of the world, remember you can take 24 hours off or 48 hours, and if you need support, maybe from your employment or from your partner or from your kids, like, you've gotta express it.
Burnout is this thing that happens, like, for sure. And I found my threshold, which I'm different than most people. I get that. And after seven years of going hard, it was like, wow, okay. I definitely have hit a major wall here. Uninspired, not really feeling like showing up, not wanting to do the things, and then realizing a lot of the effort, energy, and action that I was taking was on autopilot and needing to have a break tremendously. So, you're not gonna really hear new episodes from me, from solo episodes. We still have guest episodes that'll be airing for the rest of the month and into early September. But for the most part, outside of a couple of speaking gigs, you've probably noticed I'm off of social media minus a post here or there, and I'm not replying to emails. I'm not replying to a lot of people right now. I'm just taking a bit of a break. But I'll be back in a few weeks.
And so, guys, I want you to just honor, the space that you have in front of you, especially when you need time, when you need the break, when you need the pause, and I'm looking forward to coming back refreshed, fired up, excited, and here to help and support and to continue to help you.
