In this episode, I was thinking about this word, “it's okay not to be okay”
Sometimes you're going to have days where you just don't want to show up; you don't want to do anything, you want to eat a bag of chips, lay on the couch, get stoned, play video games, do nothing. Sometimes, it's okay not to be okay. But you have to ask yourself, who do I need to be today to have the life I want to have?
Today, we get deeper into this idea of creating agency in your life, the ability to understand and choose who you are.
